Pipeline inspection
Instrumented pigs
We inspect pipelines from the inside with instrumented pigs, identifying anomalies, assessing pipe integrity and producing precise data for maintenance and rehabilitation planning.
Technology
In-line inspection for demanding pipelines.
The MEM tool competes with MFL technology and is designed for small-diameter and complex pipelines, as well as large diameters or lines with bends.
- 25% of the length of a traditional MFL tool.
- Launch from non-standard valves and traps.
- Minimum bend of 1.5 D and 20% inside-diameter reduction, with lower risk of sticking.
- High-resolution sensors and a clear signal.
- Lower power use and about 20% of the weight of a traditional MFL tool.
- Minimum operating pressure of 5 bar (72.5 psi) on gas.
- No steel brush: it protects the internal coating.
- Mosaic magnetization, with the magnetic source and sensor in one compact unit.

Integrity
Need the real condition of the pipeline?
We define scope, method and inspection window so maintenance and rehabilitation are planned on data, not assumptions.
